Welcome to our most competitive logistics channel for the United Kingdom. This self-operated, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), door-to-door route is approximately ¥20 RMB/kg cheaper than similar industry alternatives. It features zero private address fees, zero category surcharges, and a strict delivery time guarantee.
1. Delivery Time Guarantee (Exclusive Policy)
This is the only shipping route that offers monetary compensation for delays. While the average delivery time is 6-9 days (reference from last month) and the standard timeline is 7-12 days, we protect you against excessive delays.
- The Threshold: If your package exceeds 15 natural days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse to the date of overseas pickup, compensation begins.
- Compensation Rate: Starting from the 16th day, you will be compensated at a rate of ¥1 RMB / kg per day, calculated until the recipient signs for the package.
- Maximum Limit: The maximum compensation is capped at ¥10 RMB / kg per ticket. (Note: Compensation funds are credited to your account balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash).
2. Shipping Restrictions & Calculation Methods
- One Ticket Per Item: Generally, we adhere to a one-ticket-per-item rule. Multiple items going to the same address may be shipped in separate batches based on actual operational conditions.
- Weight & Size Limits: Maximum weight is 20kg. Maximum dimensions are Length ≤60CM, Width ≤45CM, Height ≤45CM.
- Irregular Packaging Rejected: We strictly reject non-cardboard, irregular packaging. This includes wooden boxes, metal boxes, aviation cases, woven bags, and cylindrical or strip-shaped items.
- Volumetric Weight Formula:
Length * Width * Height / 6000. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the greater value between the actual weight and the volumetric weight. - Restricted UK Postcodes: Delivery is unavailable to the following postal codes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE, GY, JE, IM, TR21-25.
3. Accepted vs. Prohibited Categories
Widely Accepted: General goods, food, meat products, trendy brands, liquids/pastes, powders, items with internal batteries, cosmetics/skincare, medical products (must remain in intact original packaging), adult products, knives (blade under 15cm), and board games.
Strictly Prohibited: Flammables and explosives (nail polish, perfume, glue, matches, alcohol, pressurized aerosol metal cans), weapons/firearms/ammunition and accessories, knives with blades over 15cm, pure batteries/power banks/heated hand warmers/batteries over 100WH, fresh items/live animals/plants/seeds/soil, unidentifiable or non-commercial powders/liquids/drugs, tobacco/nicotine (including e-cigarettes), raw wood products, and any items prohibited by international law.
4. Incorrect Address & Return Penalties
Providing accurate information is critical. If a package is returned to the overseas agent warehouse due to an incorrect recipient address, postal code, or phone number provided by the user (expected return time 7-15 days):
- A total fee of ¥300 RMB will be charged to the user to cover overseas warehouse handling and secondary delivery costs.
- If the delivery failure is caused by an error on our company's part, we will bear the cost fully.
5. Insurance & Lost Package Compensation
We offer robust protection for your goods. Proof of actual value requires a formal domestic invoice or mainstream e-commerce platform purchase order dated within the last 3 months.
- Free Insurance (Up to ¥500): You must explicitly request this from Customer Service, otherwise it is deemed waived.
- Premium Insurance (Up to ¥10,000): Available for higher-value shipments.
Compensation Scenarios:
- Lost/Detained BEFORE Overseas Pickup: (Assuming it is not due to user declaration errors or missing product certifications). If the package is not picked up within 60 natural days after we receive it, you can apply for a refund of the shipping fee. Additionally, you will receive compensation of ¥40/KG (Standard without insurance), OR up to your insured amount (¥1,000 or ¥9,000 limit), or the actual value of the goods—whichever is lower.
- Lost AFTER Overseas Pickup: No shipping fee refund. You will receive compensation of ¥40/KG (max ¥1200 for standard), OR up to your insured amount, or the actual value of the goods—whichever is lower.
