Welcome to our package forwarding and proxy purchasing services. This document outlines the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”) governing your use of our services. By using our website, placing an order, or submitting a packing request, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
PART 1: PROXY PURCHASING (SHOPPING AGENT) POLICY
1.1 Purchasing Restrictions To comply with international trade laws and intellectual property rights, we are unable to purchase or forward internationally recognized famous brands, counterfeit items, or any products involving copyright infringement (e.g., pirated media, unauthorized replicas).
1.2 Order Verification Upon receiving a proxy purchase request, our team will review the items for compliance. If an item is deemed infringing or prohibited, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
PART 2: WAREHOUSE & STORAGE POLICY
2.1 Free Storage Period We provide up to 180 days of free storage for your packages, starting from the date the package is checked into our warehouse.
2.2 Abandoned Packages If a package remains in our warehouse for more than 180 days without a shipping request or further instructions, it will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of, destroy, or liquidate abandoned packages without any compensation to the user.
2.3 Right to Inspect For security and compliance with international aviation and maritime laws, we reserve the right to open and inspect all inbound packages. We ensure that no hazardous materials, prohibited items, or illegal goods are stored or shipped.
2.4 Address Usage Limitation The warehouse address provided to you is strictly for receiving and forwarding packages. You may not use this address as your residential address, business registration address, legal domicile, or for banking/tax purposes.
PART 3: PROCESSING & LOGISTICS TIMELINE
3.1 Processing Time Upon receiving your “Submit to Pack” request, we guarantee that your packages will be consolidated, securely packed, weighed, and dispatched to the export port or cargo terminal within 24 to 48 hours.
3.2 Domestic Operations Exclusion The overall fulfillment process includes warehouse receiving, internal handling, parcel consolidation, and domestic transit to the port. Please note: The time taken for these domestic processes is not included in the estimated international shipping transit times.
PART 4: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & TIMEFRAMES
4.1 Transit Time Calculation The estimated international transit times begin only after the flight schedule is confirmed or the cargo vessel’s actual sailing date is finalized, not from the moment you submit the packing request.
4.2 Estimated Transit Times by Region
- Europe (EU): Air Freight: 8-15 days | Sea Freight: 45-60 days | Truck Freight (Sino-EU): 25-35 days
- United Kingdom (UK): Air Freight: 7-15 days | Sea Freight: 45-60 days
- United States (US): Air Freight: 7-12 days | Fast Sea Freight: 20-25 days | Economy Sea Freight: 30-35 days
- Canada (CA): Air Freight: 8-12 days | Sea Freight: 45-55 days
- Australia (AU): Air Freight: 7-12 days | Sea Freight: 30-45 days
4.3 Force Majeure & Delays We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, port strikes, wars, or global pandemics.
PART 5: LAST-MILE DELIVERY & CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE
5.1 Last-Mile Partners To ensure safe and efficient final delivery, we partner exclusively with top-tier global couriers, including but not limited to UPS, DPD, FedEx, and DHL.
5.2 Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries Users are strictly responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. Any additional fees, return costs, or package loss resulting from an incorrect address, unknown recipient, or failure to communicate with the courier will be borne solely by the user.
5.3 Double Clearance & Tax-Inclusive (DDP)
Unless specifically marked as “Tax-Exclusive” or “Standard Service” in the shipping channel description, all our services are provided on a “Double Clearance and Tax-Inclusive” basis. This means our quoted price includes:
- Export customs clearance from the origin.
- Import customs clearance at the destination.
- Payment of import duties and value-added taxes (VAT/GST).
5.4 User Responsibility for Accurate Declaration
The “Tax-Inclusive” service is based on the accurate description and value of the goods provided by the user. If a package is detained, fined, or incurs additional taxes due to misdeclaration, under-valuation, or concealment of prohibited items by the user, the user shall be held liable for all resulting costs and legal consequences.
5.5 Prohibited Items We strictly prohibit the forwarding of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, weapons, perishable foods, narcotics, and any items restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) or local destination customs.
PART 6: PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is extremely important to us. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
6.1 Information We Collect We collect Identity Data (Name, Phone, Email), Delivery Data (Address), and Customs Data (ID/Tax numbers where required).
6.2 Information Sharing We only share your data with necessary third parties to fulfill the service:
- Logistics Partners: Airlines, shipping lines, and couriers (UPS/DPD/FedEx/DHL).
- Customs Authorities: For legal import/export declarations.
6.3 Data Security We use SSL encryption and strict internal protocols to ensure your personal information is protected and never sold to third parties.
6.4 Your Privacy Rights You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data stored in our system. You may contact our support team at any time to exercise these rights.
PART 7: AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By registering an account, submitting a proxy purchase order, or creating a shipment/packing request on our platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service & Privacy Policy.
