Comprehensive Shipping & Cargo Guidelines
To ensure smooth transit and avoid customs delays, please carefully review our detailed cargo classifications and shipping rules before submitting your packing request.
1. Cargo Classifications & Restrictions
A. General Cargo (Standard Items) General cargo refers to ordinary goods that do not contain any restricted materials. These items enjoy the fastest processing times and standard shipping rates.
- Examples: Unbranded clothing, shoes, bags, home textiles, standard plastic products, books, and basic daily necessities.
- Note: Items must not feature any unauthorized logos or trademarks of international brands.

B. Sensitive Cargo (Special Handling Required) Sensitive items require special packaging, specific airline/vessel approvals, and mandatory Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Shipping these items may incur slight delays and additional surcharges.
- Battery-Powered Items: Electronics with built-in or external lithium batteries (e.g., smartphones, Bluetooth earphones, power banks).
- Liquids & Powders: Cosmetics, skincare products, inks, and certain food items (must be non-perishable and commercially sealed).
- Magnetic Items: Audio speakers, magnets, and certain motor parts.
- Important: Always declare sensitive items accurately. Failure to do so may result in severe fines from aviation or maritime authorities.

C. Strictly Prohibited Cargo Under no circumstances will we accept, store, or forward the following items. Attempting to ship these will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal reporting.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammables, explosives, toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, and compressed gases.
- Weapons & Contraband: Firearms (including replicas and parts), ammunition, tactical knives, and illegal narcotics.
- Intellectual Property Violations: Counterfeit goods, replica luxury brands, and pirated media.
- Perishables & Biohazards: Fresh food, live animals, plants, seeds, and medical waste.

Customs Clearance & Taxation (DDP Service)
Understanding Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Our primary sea freight routes to the US, EU, UK, Canada, and Australia operate under a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model. This means that all export customs fees, import duties, and local taxes are included in your upfront shipping quote. You will not face unexpected tax bills upon delivery.
User Responsibility for Accurate Declaration While we handle the clearance process, the success of DDP relies entirely on your truthful declaration of the goods.
- You must provide an accurate description, quantity, and real purchasing value of the items.
- If a package is detained, seized, or fined by customs due to under-valuation, misdeclaration, or concealment of prohibited items, the user bears 100% of the financial and legal responsibility. We will not compensate for packages lost due to user fraud.
Logistics Tracking & Last-Mile Delivery
1. When does tracking update? For Sea Freight, initial tracking updates can feel slow. This is normal.
- Phase 1 (Days 1-7): Warehouse processing, container loading, and domestic transit to the port. (No international tracking number yet).
- Phase 2 (Ocean Transit): Once the vessel departs, you can track the ship's journey via the Bill of Lading (B/L) or container number.
- Phase 3 (Arrival & Customs): The vessel arrives at the destination port. Customs clearance typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
- Phase 4 (Last-Mile): Once customs releases the container, it is handed over to our local courier partners (UPS, FedEx, DPD, or DHL). Your final tracking number will activate at this stage, showing real-time delivery progress to your door.
2. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues Please ensure your delivery address is 100% accurate and includes any necessary apartment numbers or gate codes. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable, the courier may return the package to a local hub or destroy it. Any redelivery fees or package loss resulting from customer address errors are the sole responsibility of the user.
3. Loss and Damage Claims We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier) or arrives severely damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Provide clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged items to initiate a claim investigation.
